Tremendous service and work! I hired Storm Guard to fix a leak in my roof after another roofer failed to do the job and didn't respond to my calls. Brian quickly came out to quote the job. He kept me informed about the schedule and when the crew would come to the house. Brian was extremely helpful! I had an issue that I knew was outside their normal day to day and he still came out for me and took a look and was able to provide me some direction and contacts that could better support.
Great experience. Brian is a customer focused person. He found a qualified contractor to remove the existing, failing gutters and install new ones that stopped any more water damage to my basement. When there was a mix up in the color of the gutters he found a great remedy for that as well.
