Storm Guard was very professional through the whole process! They walk you through everything that needs to be done, start to finish. Very efficient with their documentation that needed to be sent to insurance. Storm Guard would call insurance company on any hold ups, and there were a lot. They made the process a lot smoother dealing with insurance. The new roof looks amazing and did the job the way it’s supposed to be done. I dealt with numerous roofers for myself and another person I take care of. I was not happy with a single one that I had been communicating with. We received a communication in our mail from Lisa and Mike Gabele/Storm Guard. I contacted them and spoke with Lisa. After the hurricane, we needed a service to look on our roof, having a two storey home, it was definitely needed. They were quick to respond and came the same day, they are honest enough to tell us that our roof looks good and there was no damage to it, answered all my questions in detail.
