I was fortunate to have storm guard replace my roof recently. Despite issues with finding crews able to work, Mike and Lisa stayed in constant contact and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Storm Guard was very professional through the whole process! They walk you through everything that needs to be done, start to finish. Very efficient with their documentation that needed to be sent to insurance. Storm Guard would call insurance company on any hold ups, and there were a lot. They made the process a lot smoother dealing with insurance. The new roof looks amazing and did the job the way it’s supposed to be done. I dealt with numerous roofers for myself and another person I take care of. I was not happy with a single one that I had been communicating with. After the hurricane, we needed a service to look on our roof, having a two storey home, it was definitely needed. They were quick to respond and came the same day, they are honest enough to tell us that our roof looks good and there was no damage to it, answered all my questions in detail.
