James was SUPER responsive, and helped us get the necessary repairs done quickly so we could close on our home sale. He inspected everything and gave a fair estimate for the cost of repairs. Had our repairs done within 2 days of the estimate, knowing we were on a deadline. I would recommend them to anyone- easy to work with, fair pricing, and most importantly THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL! That shouldn’t be a hard thing, but these days it’s a rarity
