Great experience. I was not looking forward to dealing with insurance , roofers, etc. after severe hail damage. But Lorin met with me in person, at my convenience, on multiple occasions to explain the work that was needed, the cost, insurance deductible, construction schedule, etc. Lorin met with the insurance adjuster when she came to inspect the damage and explained a few things that may not have been covered if he had not been there.
