These folks know their business and how to deal with stingy insurance companies that don't want to pay. Casey and Mark guided me though three months of dealing with our insurance company until they finally agreed to pay for the replacement of our roof instead of repairing with shingles that weren't the same size as the shingles that were on the roof. Our home took some serious damage from a bad hail storm this summer. With in hours of the storm our neighborhood was saturated with roofing companies looking to capitalize on the damage. Lorin Jackman was totally responsive and empathetic to the issues I faced from a leak in the roof of my garage on which I had a fully landscaped deck. The entire deck had to be dismantled to make the repair and then the decking completely replaced with new composite material. I felt that he was looking out for my best interest, always professional and providing timely updates and follow-up. I would totally recommend Lorin and his team!
