            Great experience. I was not looking forward to dealing with insurance , roofers, etc. after severe hail damage. But Lorin met with me in person, at my convenience, on multiple occasions to explain the work that was needed, the cost, insurance deductible, construction schedule, etc. Lorin met with the insurance adjuster when she came to inspect the damage and explained a few things that may not have been covered if he had not been there.             With every hailstorm I have Storm Guard check my roof for a few years in a row they gave my roof a clean bill of health. This last year the roof and a window sustained some damage in a big hailstorm. Storm Guard walked me through the process every step of the way. They were prompt, clean, and courteous. But most of all they are honest. Storm Guard is my go-to for all exterior restoration.
