Lorin Jackman was totally responsive and empathetic to the issues I faced from a leak in the roof of my garage on which I had a fully landscaped deck. The entire deck had to be dismantled to make the repair and then the decking completely replaced with new composite material. I felt that he was looking out for my best interest, always professional and providing timely updates and follow-up. I would totally recommend Lorin and his team!
If I could give 10 stars I would! James was responsive and attentive to my texts and phone calls, also updating me on the work and when to expect them.
