I found out there was a storm that came through when I wasn’t home. I called a roofer who had done a few roofs in the neighborhood after Harvey. He came out and marked damage and I filed a claim. I was denied and I let that roofer know and he said “well, we tried”. I was stunned he didn’t offer to work w me since the insurance company sent out a ladder assist to take pics and sent those in to the insurance.
