emailed Storm guard to come out and make a roof repair in the valley area over my back door. I had gutters there and there was a rotten wood. Turned out to be rotten deck board as well as fascia and soffit. But Jose and his staff came out and made the roof repairs and even made it more gutter and water resistant in the area. They came out when they said and they provided job updates via photos from emailed link while work was being done. Very happy with the results.
