Scott was patient and thorough in working through the long process and complications we experienced with our insurance company and got approval for all of the work needed despite it being a long list obstacles. He made us aware of insurance changes coming that we weren't aware of yet to allow us to make the best long term choice of roofing materials. Overall, I feel our experience with Storm Guard will be of great financial benefit to us long term, as opposed to an expedient sale for them.

We had Justin come out two times (the second time with Morgan) to investigate a mysterious water leak. The customer service was amazing - very quick to respond, super thorough and genuinely showed they cared. We can't thank them enough for getting to the bottom of our issue, even if it meant the work going elsewhere for repair due to warranty. Highly recommend!
