Our experience with Storm Guard Roofing, STL West County was the least stressful and also one of the simplest on our part , as Mitch , along with Matt and Tyler, were available within seconds to answer any questions I had on the construction of our roof. Mitch was wonderful! I just had surgery so I haven’t been able to get on the roof to fix my vent boot which had a crack and was leaking when it rained. He was very understanding of my situation and fixed the problem quickly and sent me pictures of the completed repair. I will definitely use them again if I have any other roofing needs.
Storm Guard was top notch from start to finish. We used them at the recommendation of our insurance agent and couldn't be happier. From the start of the claim through install there was never pressure or overselling. Justin listened to our needs and was amazing with our adjuster. Matthew took care of everything in the days prior.
