Brett Nehlan and Storm Guard came by my home in Wilmington to look at some detached gutters on the back side of my home. He quickly offered to screw in the detached gutters at various points and was done very quickly. He then told me that he was not going to charge for the repair, even when I persisted, and he would not accept any payment.
