We paid extra to have a ‘NC-standard fortified roof’ installed post Hurricane Florence. It had a 4 year warranty. In year 3 ½ it leaked. StormGuard Wilmington did all they could to help us get StormGuard Corporate to honor their warranty. Even though Mike assured us that StormGuard would “do the right thing”, he was unsuccessful.
