Patty & Mike of Storm Guard are great! Mike came out and inspected our roof and provided a detailed report including photos. He suggested repairs vs replacement. They promptly came out and competed the repairs and even matched our 19yr old shingles. Mike even came back out a few days later to double check everything. Top notch service!!! We paid extra to have a ‘NC-standard fortified roof’ installed post Hurricane Florence. It had a 4 year warranty. In year 3 ½ it leaked. StormGuard Wilmington did all they could to help us get StormGuard Corporate to honor their warranty. Even though Mike assured us that StormGuard would “do the right thing”, he was unsuccessful.
