Top to bottom-great response along with great follow-up to tweak the product install. Sunaway also replaced the fabric after my landscaper accidentally burnt holes through it with his gas blower-yikes!. Sunaway did not charge us to do that. We are covering a large pool/spa equipment area and its been exactly what we needed.
It replaced many make-shift solutions I, as the homeowner, tried to come up with myself.
