Everything was very easy. Tony Lee came out exactly on time and discussed the product, the drawing that he would provide, the installation process and the warantee. Tamara followed up the next day or so with the drawings and we discussed a schedule. Vince arrived on time and completed the installation in a couple of hours and showed me how to raise and lower the unit before leaving.
