            Things go wrong. How they are dealt with is the real difference. Sunburst exceeded my expectations in every way when it comes to customer service. We had turf installed, there were issues and we did not like the end result. They tried resolving, still wasn't right. They tried again and again until we were 100% pleased.             Our turf turned out better than we could ever imagine. Thanks to Karlan we love our lawn and they have a great staff. Francisco and the crew were so polite and did such a fantastic job and left everything so clean. Would definitely recommend!
