I'm got mixed feelings about it they did a great installation the two young men were very polite & professional came out twice to try and get it right but the canvas top was never really tight and it holds water when it rains it doesn't run off at all so we can't leave it out like I was under the impression but it does it's job when we outside and can bring it out but I wouldn't do it again for what I spent on it I could have had one built.

We enjoy the convenience of a retractable awning, however, we were not prepared for how much it bounces even in a light wind, how much its mountings to the roof creak, and how sometimes the retracting bars loudly click upon opening/closing.
