The purchase, installation and operation of the product has gone very well with excellent service from our local company, R and D Hot Tubs, however, warrranty registation is not very well supported in Canada as the registration site does not allow a change of country. Also, the chat bot available does not accept any information unless given a valid American zip code which does not support Canadian service.

We used the company Gutter Helmet in St. Louis. I highly recommend the company for their thorough assessment of what we needed and the best way to get it done. Doug and Devin were great installers - making sure the awning was hung securely to Hardy siding (which can be tricky). They knew just what to do and got the job done right!
