We like the awning. Had a problem with an audible clicking sound when operating. Could not repeat sound when Carroll Architectural Awning was present. Ok now.
Great product we love it
Love my awning with pull down shade. My patio is super hot in a.m. I can use the remote to open it from anywhere in my house. The sun is often blinding coming in the kitchen window. Opening it allows me to perform tasks without being blinded by the sun. The roll down shade and awning allows my patio to be soo much cooler. I'm going to be ordering a large pull down shade for front porch very soon. Thank you for the amazing product.
We love our Sunesta awnings. The first one was so nice we added a second identical one on the other side of the deck. They definitely enhance our enjoyment of the deck, and they work great. The wind feature, where they automatically go back up in high wind is invaluable. We enjoyed the whole process from the initial meeting right through installation. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. The finished product is outstanding.
