About five years ago we bought Okna windows from Jim and we couldn't be happier. They blend in so unobtrusively with the historic character of our old house and the energy efficiency is amazing (i.e.. no more drafts). Last week our house keeper cleaned the windows and got them all of track. I called in for a service appointment and Jim repaired everything almost immediately. I couldn't give a higher recommendation for the quality of their product, installation and quality service.

Replaced all the windows in my house after I moved to Newtown. Their quote was competitive and I liked Jim. Crew was great and kept a clean worksite. Windows still work great. I need a new entry door now, and will be calling them again. Called and had them install the entry door. Went great. Then had them come and replace all my gutters.
