They were amazing and didn’t try and sell me a new roof that I didn’t need. They took the time to do a thorough evaluation and determined that the issue was ice damming from an extreme weather issue that we had. Their representative was incredibly professional and came out right away to do the evaluation.

I was so impressed with everyone at Superstorm Restoration. The technicians spoke to me in terms I could understand as a total homeowner newbie but in a way that wasn’t talking down to me at all. They were professional and warm and walked me through the whole process. They were able to identify problem areas that needed fixed asap and pointed out areas to watch in the future. Super honest and to the point. Would definitely recommend!

The Project Manager, Tyler Lundy, was very professional, prompt, and thorough with examining the roof for damage. I didn’t bother with any other estimates because I felt that the company was reputable and the estimate was fair. The roof is completed and looks great.
