We needed a new roof so we got 3 quotes. The other 2 companies couldn't come out to give a quote for at least 2 weeks. Sustainable Living Builders had a quote for me the next day! The sales rep, Ashley, was incredibly responsive and friendly. She answered my million questions about warranty, timelines, costs, etc, etc. Besides Ashley being amazing, the quote was very competitive.It also came with an amazing 50 year warranty. My experience with Sustainable Living Builders was outstanding. They replaced our roof and 4 skylights and repaired an area of the roof that had dry rot. From the beginning, the communication was excellent. They came at least twice to examine the roof and some specific areas before they began work.
