SLB replaced our roof and installed our solar system a few months ago, and they just reached out to let us know they were monitoring our system, noticed it was offline, and offered an appt to come troubleshoot the issue (it turned out to be our 3 year old turned off the emergency shutoff). I’ve been consistently impressed with their professionalism and customer support!
