They didbmy parents roof a couple of years ago and they said they would return to fix the ceiling from a mistake. They have not done that and everytime they call to follow up on it, they leave a message with no return call. Horrible customer service if you ask me. They started they would fix the problem but yet, are not honoring what they said.

Just had my roof replaced and have to say that the staff at Sutryk & Son were professional, knowledgeable, experienced and courteous. They arrived each day precisely when they said they would. We hire Sutryk and Son to replace our roof and install new gutters. They gave us enough detail to make a decision on roofing issues. The team was polite, cleaned up each day, and met their schedule. During our final walk around I found two minor things requiring attention and they took care of it with no issues. Thanks for a great job!
