I had Johnny with Southwest come out to give me an estimate on some gutter cleaning. Turns out my gutters were great, but there was a backup in my drainspout. Johnny not only showed me how to disassemble, clean, and reassemble my drainspout, but also did not charge me for the visit. Just a great guy!
These guys came out and did a THING!!!! Whole house gutter replace in one day !!! AND , they fixed a mess up from a different roofer that put a new roof on this house ! SWORD came out for a free inspection and roof replacement quote. They were timely, professional, and honest. The roof did not need full replacement at this time, and not only were they honest about this, they also provided the lowest quote compared to other inspections. I would feel confident proceeding with this company once the roof is due a replacement.
