No one calls to get a roof repaired out of joy or excitement, but everyone at SWORD was wonderful to deal with. Johnny did my estimate and was a delight to speak to, the price was reasonable give the size of the area needing repair, and most importantly it was done with extremely professional rapidity - from estimate to on the schedule and completed (with photos of the whole process) in a week. I didn't accept their offer to give me a new roof. I had a good experience with them coming out timely to inspect my roof. I also received a detailed summary and quote on a new roof. Seems very reasonable for a new roof.
They probably are good company to work with but I had a second opinion and decided to have a different company make a repair instead of replacement for 1/8 of the cost.
