We had SWORD out to do a small repair on our roof from an animal causing minor damage to the shingles. They were great! Not only did they do what they said they were going to do but they went above and beyond by also re attaching a gutter guard that had come loose. I had contacted 3 companies and the other 2 either didn’t show up or never got back to me. I guess my job wasn’t big enough. I trusted their recommendations and advice, with everything. When the roof was taken down and reinstalled, it was completed in 6 hours! It's nice that it was a large crew, to get it accomplished!
