Good product, abysmal customer service. The summary: when you pay a company $15K for a project, the least you expect is a good installation experience and prompt follow-up on any issues caused ‘by’ the the installation process. The result has been disappointingly the opposite. Amazing work! We are in the process of building a pool at our home and one of our last steps were to put the synthetic grass in before finishing off the pool. They came and finished the job so quickly and it turned out incredible! The pool isn"t even done and we are already spending all our time out there with the kids. Definitely recommend using them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They did my entire backyard and now refuse to fix their installation mistakes. I have 3 VERY visible seams they refuse to fix. Won’t even return my calls. DO NOT USE THEM!

We had an initial problem with the base settling causing ridges and dips appearing. While it took a bit to get scheduled to fix the problem, Synthetic Grass DFW came out and did a great job correcting the problems. They really put a lot of effort into checking the entire base, not just where we saw the problems. They stood behind their product & installation and I am Very Happy with the results.
