He came out on Tuesday, we agreed to pricing and today (Thursday morning) the crewed showed up on-time at 8:00 am to complete our job. We had a relatively small job, so it only took about 5-6 hours, but the crew was friendly, hard-working and did a fantastic job.

Just had my turf installed and it is amazing! If you are in the market for some turf look no further than Synthetic Grass DFW. Jack was our salesman and his communications is spot on. There ended up being a "box" in the ground that had a cover on it and they leveled the box and turfed over it cutting the top out so it could be accessed in the future.
My yard is so beautiful now! We had too much shade to grow grass, so we always had a “mud yard “. I can’t believe we waited so long to install synthetic grass. This company gave us great ideas how to design the new yard, their onsite crews were great and the end result is perfect! The dogs and grandchildren love it!

Jack met with us first and determined our needs. He gave us a lot of good ideas about what would work best for us since we planned on getting a dog & this area was going to be used as a dog run. He and his team were prompt, professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend!
