These guys are top notch. The amount of customer service they provide was excellent and the product is beautiful. Jack truly cared about my vision for the backyard and made sure the project went smoothly. He came out multiple times a day to make sure the project stayed on track. The owner, Chad even came out and met with me and my father over drainage and proper grading of the backyard. If I had more yard these guys would be putting in more turf!

Mr. Brady Crabb with Synthetic Grass DFW did a wonderful job managing our turf installation. He came out on Tuesday, we agreed to pricing and today (Thursday morning) the crewed showed up on-time at 8:00 am to complete our job. We had a relatively small job, so it only took about 5-6 hours, but the crew was friendly, hard-working and did a fantastic job. There are a couple of loose ends to tie up, but Brady had no issue writing that on the invoice and they will get to it in the next week or so... Read more
