We had our grass installed 2 years ago in April of this 2015. We had one small issue a few weeks after the installation and after contacting the company it was resolved immediately. In April 2017 we had 4/5 places where the soil had shifted which made several indentions in the grass.
They are so large that if your not careful you could turn your ankle of fall.
