Horrible experience. Weeks after the installation installation, grass came up all around the perimeter and throughout the center of the turf as well. I reached out and was told it was normal and that the I needed to spray regularly with chemicals to avoid grass coming through. Our backyard turned out great! We used to have a wet, muddy yard after every rain. Now it’s dry and useable within hours after even the heaviest downpour. And it looks fantastic!
