We had a new roof, siding and gutters done by T-10. Everything was great, expeditious and professional…but that’s not why I’m here.
Over this last winter, an icicle fell and broke a hole in our new siding. I was upset…unsure what to do, we emailed the owner, Jay, who quickly responded that he would reach out to the supplier to see about getting us a new piece for replacement. I told him I could replace it myself, but just was lost as far as obtaining a new matching piece.
