We worked specifically with Tony V. He is professional and helped us throughout the whole process. They did a great job with installation.
T-10 replaced our hail-damaged roof, gutters, and siding. The siding & roofing crews did excellent jobs- we are very pleased with the result.
There was some miscommunication on the gutters & the wrong ones got installed! T-10 handled the situation professionally and fixed the mistake out of their pockets.

T-10 came out to look at our property last year after storm in May 2022. I reached out to Tony April 2023 realizing that I had dropped the ball last year and didn’t schedule work to be completed. Tony was amazing with working with us to get roof scheduled and completed!! He is currently working on matching siding as our insurance doesn’t have the “match” clause. We had a new roof, siding and gutters done by T-10. Everything was great, expeditious and professional…but that’s not why I’m here.
Over this last winter, an icicle fell and broke a hole in our new siding. I was upset…unsure what to do, we emailed the owner, Jay, who quickly responded that he would reach out to the supplier to see about getting us a new piece for replacement. I told him I could replace it myself, but just was lost as far as obtaining a new matching piece.
