Hail Storm original date of loss - June 2, 2024. This was my 2nd time dealing with T-10 Construction. Tony M. was my salesman/contact. He showed up as fast as he could get down to Kasson, MN to survey my damage and determined that there was enough evidence to submit a claim for hail damage to our roof and metal work (gutters, downspouts, kickouts) as well as the metal vent turtles and valley tin on our roof. Sam invited himself over when he saw my family and I were grilling. Besides him being one of the funniest guys I’ve met, he followed through with everything he told us while eating our food . He got our roof and siding replaced from a storm that hit our cabin on Lake Minnetonka last year. He talked with our Insurnace all winter and they recently finished the project . Sam showed up at our door last year unexpectedly. He noticed we had missing shingles from a storm and just wanted to let me know. He pointed all the damage out to me and was beyond informative. I had him come back to reconcile with my husband and I’m so glad he did. Sam went to bat against our Insurnace company for over 6 months and got our roof & siding fully covered by insurance. As they just finish up today, we want to thank Sam & T10 for all your hard work!!!
