Thank you to Josh and Brad for helping us with downspouts today. They worked with us a few years back on a full roof replacement. Tamlin replaced my roof 3 years ago. They left no trace of having done any work at all. Current day, I found a potential leak and called Tamlin. Derek came out and crawled up on the roof and quickly identified what he thought could be the problem - but it wasn’t an issue with the roof. Derek determined next steps and returned with what was needed. Many roofing companies would have just walked away - not Tomlin and not Derek. Exceptional customer experience - thank you Derek!
