Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof Comments: Tar Heel did a great job from quoting to completing the job. You can tell his crews are good employees and it all starts at the top. Joe came to my home, took off his shoes prior to entering home. after inspecting the roof, made a complete & through presentation and submitted a competitive quote when he said he would by email.
