I met with Brian Benz the estimator for Tarheel Construction in March for a roofing estimate after noting that they had done probably 75% of the roof replacements in our neighborhood. There had to be a good reason for that. Due to material shortage, selection of roofing shingles is very limited at this time. This is my second encounter with Tar Heel. I live in a townhouse and Dalton ( PM ) came out and gave me roof options and quoted a reasonable price. He even suggested for me to go through my Homeowner's insurance to cutdown on my out of pocket expenses. The crew of 12 people came out under the direction of Scott and Elder. I needed a good roofing company to inspect my roof because of some storm damage. I called Tar Heel along with 4 other companies. Dalton was the salesman that came to my house to do the inspection. I told him that I had some minor leakage in the interior of my home as well but nothing major. He went up on my roof (only one other company did) and inspected and measured my roof. Tar Heel Construction did everything and more with our roof installation. They arrived early, completed the job and cleaned up. The next day, Joe (owner) and Ryan(quality control) came by and inspected and cleaned the area a 2nd time. Everyone involved spent as much time as need to answer any questions.
