Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

Discovered a leak from the roof onto our second floor ceiling and called Taylor Roofing to look at it. Joel from Taylor came out the day I called and found some nails on the roof that were popping out and causing the leak. Instead of making up a story about major repairs needing to be done, he told me he could address the problem by covering the loose nails with an adhesive sealant at no cost to me.
