Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

We noticed a leak on our ceiling and had Cam from Taylor Roofing come out to take a look. During his inspection, he discovered additional damage to our roof and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Joel Woodard handled our home's roof replacement project and he is a real asset to Taylor Roofing. Communication was instantaneous regarding any questions, his schedule worked around us, he even handled interactions with the insurance company. Highly recommend Taylor Roofing! They did a great job from start to finish—professional, reliable, and made the entire process easy.
