Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

Matt and Taylor Construction replaced our roof after a hail storm. Worked with insurance to show them the damage. Looks great! Separately we had a small leak, which Matt immediately diagnosed and quickly fixed. He was very responsive! Painters were called in and worked fast to repair the ceiling. All wrapped up in a short period of time!

Incredible company. Had a leak in the roof of a 3 year old house on a Sunday and by Monday they were already here and within a hour it was fixed.
