Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

Taylor just recently redid our roof, and they were extremely professional and highly competent through the whole job and even after.
I had hail damage on multiple places on the roof, they took very detailed notes and pictures and worked with my insurance company to ensure I got the replacement roof I needed.
