Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

Taylor replaced our roof which was damaged due to a recent hail storm. They worked with our insurance company to make the entire process smooth and completed the project as scheduled. They communicated well and were very professional. Kudos to Justin, Carson, and their quality control guy (whose name I can't recall). We did identify one small issue and once we alerted them they were very responsive to rectify the issue. 100% satisfied. Highly recommended.
We contracted Taylor Construction of NC to replace our roofing in December 2021 and just had everything done in September 2022. Although Taylor completed all jobs, we ended up with a shingles color we disliked and far different from what we selected. Let me share some of experiences and lessens.
