Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

Great job, Taylor construction! I had visible wind and hail damage from a recorded storm. My insurance carrier was trying hard not to replace my roof but repair it, since my home is 10 years old, the likelihood of finding the same shingles was nonexistent. The storm left me with an exposed roof absent of shingles and water damage. I worked with two other roofing companies that were unable to get a total roof approved. Taylor Construction repaired a small hole in my roof and broken gutter. Cameron was very helpful and responsive! As a courtesy, he and another Taylor employee took time to lay a water barrier over the hole before repairs were made.

Matt came to check a leak we have had for a couple of weeks now. On his inspection he found several issues with the way our dryer vent was installed by the building company. He gave us a detailed report for us to present to the builder and have them fix it rather than pushing his services on us. He also cleaned out the vent. Very honest and efficient guy! Recommend 100%

We contacted Taylor Construction after noticing their signs in many of our neighbors yards after a bad hail storm. They responded same day, came out and inspected our roof within a few days and guided us through the process of working with the insurance company. They made everything very easy. Great communication with Justin, always responds right away. They finished the entire roof in one day and we love it! I would highly recommend Taylor Construction.
