I could not have asked for a better experience with Taylor Construction. I noticed a leak in our living room and had them out to look at the roof. They came out immediately and noticed a bit of hail damage. They recommended that I call my insurance company. Adjuster came the next day and Justin from Taylor Construction met them out there to have my back. All I had to do was pay my deductible and received an entirely new roof. Multiple attempts have been made since first contact to get a quote back from Carson and the team at Taylor Construction. We had a tree strike our house and they were so prompt they came out that day to determine damage and review for a quote. The quote was promised by the end of the week. It’s been 7 since our last contact and we have tried calling, texting, and emailing. We were really hoping to do business with them, but the lack of contacting us back is alarming.
