Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

These guys were phenomenal!!I was dreading having to put a new roof on my house and after watching the work that Taylor did at my neighbor’s house,I was sold.I have been a landscape contractor for 30 years and have never seen a job site so clean after a roof went on a house.Trust me…use Taylor Construction!!

While we were under contract for our house we had difficulty getting home owners insurance because of the age of the roof. Most companies wouldn’t entertain even quoting us because we didn’t have ownership yet, even though the previous owners had agreed that we needed a quote. Taylor Roofing did such a good job repairing leaks for a few years so I hired them to replace the roof-couldn’t have gone better. Their crew was on time , courteous, and did a great job cleaning up. I would definitely hire them again.
