We had a hail storm on 3/16/25. After a year of having numerous roofers contact us we finally met Joel Woodard with Taylor Roofing. What a remarkable young man and company. They kept us informed every step of the way. They helped us understand the insurance paid by our homeowners. They were on time. Cleaned up Even had porta potty delivered for their workers. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I wasn’t satisfied with the level of professionalism. Scheduling felt disorganized, and timelines kept changing without much notice. The end result was okay, but the overall experience could have been much better.
