Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

I highly recommend Taylor Construction. We had been struggling with a roof leak that no one seemed to be able to fix and all the while our dealing with insurance was extremely frustrating. We reached out to Taylor Construction and they came in during a heavy downpour and put up a temporary fix to stop the leak, helped deal with the insurance company, and finally put on a full new roof for us that looks great and took care of all of our issues. Last year, many of my neighbors used Taylor Construction to replace their roof due to a hail storm. I contacted Taylor Construction and Cameron Beverly came out the same day to perform an estimate. He had worked with my insurance company several times before and made the entire process so seamless. Fantastic company and employees. They worked with our insurance company after we had significant hail damage. They arrived when they said the would and were total professionals before, during, and after replacing our roof. A couple of years ago, we saw Taylor Construction in the area working on a roof in our neighborhood. We asked them to come take a look at ours to see if it needed replacing. Carson came to do the inspection and told us that we were in good shape for a few more years! We really appreciated his integrity and that he wasn't just trying to make the next deal.
