Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

This is a great company to work with if you need your roof repaired or replaced. They are very professional team from the work crew, project manager, to the owner by treating their customers the way you expect to be treated. Justin came to my house initially to diagnose a leak. My roof was at the age where it needed to be replaced and had seen some hail damage in the past.
