Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

Multiple attempts have been made since first contact to get a quote back from Carson and the team at Taylor Construction. We had a tree strike our house and they were so prompt they came out that day to determine damage and review for a quote. The quote was promised by the end of the week. It’s been 7 since our last contact and we have tried calling, texting, and emailing. We were really hoping to do business with them, but the lack of contacting us back is alarming.

We are so thrilled with our new roof, we had hail damage. Carson met with the insurance adjuster and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of with our claim. The crew worked together like clockwork, they cleaned up everyday...they worked until dusk. They protected all of the landscaping and left absolutely no damage or debris around. Everything they did was top notch, even painting the vent pipes and roof vents to match. We couldn't be happier!

He was honest and professional, and told us that we only needed a small repair in order to fix our leak. He repaired our roof in a very timely manner.
