Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

I could not have asked for a better experience with Taylor Construction. I noticed a leak in our living room and had them out to look at the roof. They came out immediately and noticed a bit of hail damage. They recommended that I call my insurance company. Adjuster came the next day and Justin from Taylor Construction met them out there to have my back. All I had to do was pay my deductible and received an entirely new roof. We are so thrilled with our new roof, we had hail damage. Carson met with the insurance adjuster and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of with our claim. The crew worked together like clockwork, they cleaned up everyday...they worked until dusk. They protected all of the landscaping and left absolutely no damage or debris around. Everything they did was top notch, even painting the vent pipes and roof vents to match. We couldn't be happier!
