Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

They kept us informed every step of the way. They helped us understand the insurance paid by our homeowners. They were on time. Cleaned up Even had porta potty delivered for their workers. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The quality of work didn’t fully meet my expectations. There were a few issues that needed fixing after the job was supposedly completed. While they eventually responded, it took longer than I would have liked. I think there’s room for improvement in attention to detail.

I had a disappointing experience overall. Communication was inconsistent, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get updates. The project also took longer than initially promised, which caused inconvenience. I expected a smoother process for the price paid.
