Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

Ian and Mason with Taylor Roofing in North Carolina were extremely knowledgeable and displayed professionalism, respect, and patience throughout the whole process. We had a hail storm on 3/16/25. After a year of having numerous roofers contact us we finally met Joel Woodard with Taylor Roofing. What a remarkable young man and company. They kept us informed every step of the way. They helped us understand the insurance paid by our homeowners. They were on time. Cleaned up Even had porta potty delivered for their workers.
